Allison Lee

Family Nurse Practitioner

Allison Lee is a Family Nurse Practitioner with 27 years of experience in the nursing field and is the founder of Revitalize Wellness and Vitality Healthcare. She graduated summa cum laude with her Master’s Degree in Family Medicine from Winston Salem State University, North Carolina, in 2011, and was voted one of America’s Top Nurses in 2020. 

With a deep-rooted passion for nursing and over 27 years of hands-on experience in patient care, Allison have dedicated her life to not only healing others but also to mentoring and training the next generation of compassionate, skilled nurses. Nursing has never just been a job for her—it’s a calling. Allison believe that the heart of great healthcare lies in those who deliver it, and that’s why she is committed to passing on the values, knowledge, and clinical excellence that have shaped her own career. 

Whether at the bedside or in the classroom, Allison strive to inspire confidence, curiosity, and empathy in future nurses, ensuring they are well-prepared to meet the evolving needs of the healthcare world with integrity and professionalism.

Giavanni Monet Burstion

Nurse Practitioner

With over seven years of experience in nursing, I have developed a deep commitment to delivering compassionate, patient- centered care while growing as a leader in the healthcare field. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to mentor new nurses, lead clinical teams, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives that enhance patient outcomes. My approach combines strong clinical skills with a passion for empowering others—whether it’s advocating for patients or supporting the professional growth of my colleagues. 

This passion for mentorship and education inspired me to start a CNA school, with the goal of helping young individuals begin meaningful careers in healthcare. By equipping future healthcare professionals with the knowledge, skills, and confidence they need, I hope to make a lasting impact on both their lives and the communities they serve.
